Use a support route that you can verify from the current BONU7 app or main site. Record the exact status, timestamp and a redacted reference identifier. Do not send authentication secrets.

APK or device issue

Record the source page, final visible domain, file name, Android version and exact installer message. Do not disable broad protections or allow remote access to a stranger.

Editorial correction

Prepare the page URL, exact wording to correct and a checkable source. This build does not yet include a contact form or published editorial email, so no message is collected here.

Never include

• Password or PIN
• OTP or recovery code
• Full card, bank or wallet details
• Identity document without an independently verified need
• Remote-control credentials
